Presently feed horse(1), dogs(7), and cats(2) after 33 years of marriage and presently reside on a 130 acre ranch breeding beef cattle(20) as a hobby.
Judy is multi-talented having taught many years and maintains a professional counselor
license. We are very much involved within our local community serving on a variety of boards: Adult Literacy, Animal Rescue, Rotary, Navy League,
Chamber of Commerce, United Way, and several local university advisory boards. Both sons were married 6 months apart in 2003. Oldest is a Chem. Engr.
working for Intel, the youngest owns his own small medical business and is working on his MBA at night.

Wow, I can’t even imagine it’s 40 years, and for some, it will be almost 50 years since we started grade school together.

Biographical Info: After one semester at West Virginia University, I entered the Army to
become a helicopter pilot. After 2 tours in Vietnam, I was retired from the Army for medical reasons. Then, I attended Arizona State University and The University of Southern California School of Dentistry. After dental school, I went into research and development of dental products. Leaving dentistry behind me, I entered into the world of entrepreneurialism for several years. Today, I am a controller for a large transportation company based in Phoenix and looking forward to my retirement in a few short years. My wife Gail and I celebrated our 36th wedding anniversary this year. I have two sons, Jason and Seth. Jason is an animator for Pixar Studios in Emeryville, CA, and Seth is a producer for the syndicated television show, "Extra" in Los Angeles.

Biographical Info: Today I am a wordsmith and rebel. But let me start with '65.
I fled Pittsburgh with all possible speed to Boston University, where I majored in sex, drugs, rock & roll and revolution. I received my Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do during the years I then spent in SF, where I opened a school for self-defense. I lived in Israel from 1977-1991, founding and running a martial arts institution that is still vibrant today, and working against the occupation of Palestinian territories. I earned an MA at Tel Aviv University.
In London from 1991 - 2000, I traveled the world promoting a transnational volunteerism initiative for youth and, for fun, performed and taught ballroom and Latin American dance. I arrived back in Boston in 2000 to take up a post as Executive Director of a nonprofit, but after a year and a half, I decided that life was too short. I quit to write full-time.
I've been publishing journalism and short fiction since the early 70s, but now I am moving into books. My topics? Sex and social justice. To make ends meet, I do editing (of other people's writing) and business writing (yes, I'm available), and I teach a range of classes, from writing to fitness for elders to salsa. I continue to be a political activist - I'm the Co-Chair of the Boston chapter of the National Writers Union.

Our daughter, Alana, is now preparing for her last chance to win a state final for Miss America. Hopefully she will win the State of Rhode Island and represent the state at Miss America this year. She has previously been first runner up, and has won about 75% of her total college tuition through the Miss America Scholarship Foundation. We are very proud of our children.
We currently live in Voorhees, NJ, which is about 15 miles East of Philadelphia and 40 minutes from Atlantic City
